Prahran: Famous food and flowers
Prahran in inner south-eastern Melbourne is the smallest electorate in Victoria. At just 12 square kilometers, it is known for the popular Prahran food market, Government House and the Royal Botanic Gardens. The electorate takes in suburbs including South Yarra, Windsor and parts of Toorak and East St Kilda. The seat changed hands between Liberal and Labor until ALP preferences enabled the Greens to take the seat in 2014. It is held by Sam Hibbins.
