Berejiklian answers Mundine call in Gilmore

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has thrown her weight behind Liberal candidate for Gilmore Warren Mundine.

With the 2019 Federal Election campaign entering its final days, Liberal candidate for Gilmore Warren Mundine called on NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian for help as he attempts to win over voters before polling day.

“We know in Warren Mundine we have a fellow traveller, an absolute champion,” the Premier said.

“We’ve already been discussing how he’ll be out voice in Canberra, making sure we those billions we want from the federal government.”

Mr Mundine and the Premier were joined by Transport Minister Andrew Constance, inspecting work on the Berry to Bomaderry bypass, due for completion in 2020. The work site stretches for almost 10km, and is costing $450 million. Once completed, the road will comprise of 11 bridges, 7 u-turn bays, 15 kilometres of drains, and 230,000 cubic metres of paving.
