Educators push for reforms in sex education
The “Teach us consent” petition started by consent activist Chanel Contos has sparked nationwide discussion and calls for compulsory and more holistic sex education in Australian schools.
Many people see such calls as an opportunity to advocate for changing and implementing a thorough sex education from an early age.
Lauren French is a senior educator at Body Safety Australia.
