Businesses battle fire, pandemic and a new retail giant in town

Businesses in Colac were particularly hard hit during the pandemic, with the Otways town a hotspot for the coronavirus. Then a retail giant opened a regional hub on the main street. On the coast, a fire destroyed two businesses and damaged another in Apollo Bay. Naomi Newcombe finds out how locals are fighting back.
