Vic Liberals pledge to ditch rail loop if elected
Victoria’s opposition leader, Matthew Guy, says he’ll scrap Premier Daniel Andrews’ plans for a suburban rail loop, if he wins the next state election.
The pledge comes as the Liberal Party vows to prioritise funding for the health system in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
