Hey Qld: It’s called what?

Queensland is a state with many unusual, dubious and colonial names. In this series of maps, USC students highlight places that have been sites of massacres or segregation, named after explorers with disputed histories, or locations that have been renamed despite previous Indigenous links.

Ellen Hill and Ruby Walker took a look places where indigenous people were segregated or massacred.
