Long-term member Peter Dutton has regained his seat of Dickson against Labor’s Ali France in the north Brisbane electorate.

Dutton, who has held the seat for 18 years, has faced a campaign littered with controversy.

But the people of Dickson have kept the Home Affairs Minister in office.
